Florida Governor Declares State of Emergency Over Red Tide

Florida Governor Declares State of Emergency because of Red Tide

watch video here >

Here at this other link; one I’ve thought about today…seems to me, that this guy (see video/picture above) is an idiot (you judge), Why? well, he states that if a fish is harvested “legally” that it’s sure to be free of red tide, algae, or any other issue that may be in the water. Doesn’t make sense to me when I think about it; illegal or legal, fish comes out of the water, shellfish or other, would most certainly contain toxins if fished in areas where fish that are sick before washing up on the beach. They got sick and died in another part of the water, then washed up, IN GREAT NUMBERS to the Florida coasts.

The fish didn’t just come to the shore, breathed the red algae and died right there on the shore’s edge; NO, there was a problem elsewhere, and the fished washed up onto the beach leaving a 150 mile long trail of death and stench! I don’t know….but whatever the reason, you’d think that someone in Florida’s state, a genius, or some scientists would step outa the woodwork and say, “I know what to do!” But nope, gota declare an emergency and cry to the Feds….not a wise idea from ANY state really.

‘Fish (sea food) must be “suspect” to you and me if you believe they came from the Gulf or regions near to Florida and even the Texas coasts areas if you are to remain healthier than most.’ Let’s stay healthy and buy fish elsewhere around the world (NOT ASIAN) just to make sure. There are others involved; we need to stay healthy for them- it’s not just about us amen?

Rev 8:11 “And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.”

Cup Of Bitterness (Poem)

So many people are missing out on the abundance of life because they can’t give up the bitterness of some past misgiving. Oh, what a tragedy! Bitterness will eat one up inside to the place where they cannot function in the life given them.

The poem below is my own work, which I was inspired to write in about 1999, when a loved one literally came to a standstill in their life because of the bitterness in their heart.” -Ruth H. U.

***Thanks Ruth. 🙂

I grasped the cup of bitterness
And proudly held it high.
I thought I’d teach a lesson
To the one who made me cry.

So disappointing was my plight,
So weak, my hurting soul;
But I held tight to bitterness
I would not let it go!

I’ll hold on to this bitterness
And let it fill my mind.
My friend must know that I am hurt
So why should I be kind?

As long as I keep grasping
This bitter cup of gall,
My friend will feel so badly
And soon he’ll trip and fall.

And then, in all my pittiness
I turned to God alone.
And, lo, I found that only “I”
E’er knew about my bitter stone.

My friend, he didn’t feel the hurt
That left me in despair,
For he was going on in life
While I was left, just standing there.

God gently took my feeble hand
And whispered, “Just forgive…
Then pray for he who’s wronged you
So you can truly live!”

I fell on knees before my God.
He washed away the bitter tears.
I felt His arms around me.
Quieting all my angry fears.

I bowed my head, and called on God
To give me sweet release.
Then handed Him my bitter cup
He handed me HIS perfect peace!

Unending Journey

Love should always remain hopeful and positive in the difficult journey that follows along life’s “bumpy detours and highways”.

Love should never lead dreamers astray, left to stumble and stammer along the “narrow muddy paths” of unfulfilled love, nor leave them alone to pass the dark and shadowy graveyards on the “lonely boulevards” of broken hearts, strewn with unkept promises and shattered dreams of “what was to be”.

Love should always be alert and avoid the uncompromising gray sidewalk of the “two way street” of opposite direction and conflict and seek the sunny “one way street” of like attraction, goals, aims, purposes and desires.

So always drive on the “high road” on life’s golden carpet down the “yellow brick road” to love and life’s grand “promenades” and elegant “thoroughfares,” leaving together to follow and smell the sweet scents and fragrances that waif and rise to greet and linger in the air.
