Dark Clouds (it’s no secret)

*Survival thoughts

Today, millions of Americans say they believe the United States is on the verge of a major economic collapse and will soon be entering another Great Depression. But only a small percentage of those same people are prepared for this to happen.

The sad truth is most Americans would last little more than a month on what they have stored up in their homes. Most of us are so used to running out to the supermarket or to Wal-Mart for whatever we need that we never even stop to consider what would happen if suddenly we were not able to do that.

Already the U.S. economy is starting to stumble (thanks to the hidden elites) about like a drunken frat boy. All it would take for the entire U.S. to resemble New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina would be for a major war (or an ongoing war to increase), a terror attack (false flags), a deadly pandemic (CDC controlled release) or a massive natural disaster (or HAARP weather manipulation) to strike at just the right time and push the teetering U.S. economy over the edge.

Just how would you survive if you suddenly could not rely on the huge international corporate giants (big box stores, grocery chains, etc) ? Do you have a plan? What is plan “B” for you and yours? Who are you trusting now for your needs?

Unless you already live in a cave or you are a complete and total mindless follower of the establishment media, you should be able to see very clearly that regardless of how many positive thoughts you think or meditative moments you have, society is more vulnerable now than it ever has been.

We have a world that is full of lunatics in positions of power, and if one of them decides (and they will one day) to set off a nuclear, chemical or biological weapon in a major city it could paralyze an entire region. War could erupt in the Middle East at literally any moment, and if it does the price of oil will double or triple (at least) and there is the possibility that much of the entire world could be drawn into the conflict.

Scientists believe a massive high-altitude EMP (electromagnetic pulse) blast could send large portions of the United States back to the stone age in an instant (that might be interesting). In addition, there is the constant threat that the outbreak of a major viral pandemic (bio-weapons) could kill tens of millions of people around the globe and paralyze the economies of the world (which is the hidden agenda from behind the scenes).

But even without all of that, the truth is that the U.S. economy is going to collapse one day; or dramatically change as so that not everyone would benefit equally. So just think of what will happen if one (or more) of those things does happen on top of all the economic problems we are already having.

If you’re not trusting God-Jesus Christ to get you through, you better have plan “B” God WILL supply our needs without bondage to the world. And what you might need right now IS the Lord; He’s still listening for a plea from you. As long as you draw breath, there is time!

Mk 13:13 “And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. ”

Rom 10:13 “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

Persevere (Poem)

When you’re up against a trouble,
Meet it squarely, face to face;
Lift your chin and set your shoulders,
Plant your feet and take a brace.
When it’s vain to try to dodge it,
Do the best that you can do;
You may fail, but you may conquer,
See it through!

Black may be the clouds about you
And your future may seem grim,
But don’t let your nerve desert you;
Keep yourself in fighting trim.
If the worst is bound to happen,
Spite of all that you can do,
Running from it will not save you,
See it through!

Even hope may seem but futile,
When with troubles you’re beset,
But remember you are facing
Just what other men have met.
You may fail, but fall still fighting;
Don’t give up, whate’er you do;
Eyes front, head high to the finish.
See it through!

Wait

patience

Desperate and helpless and longing, I cried.
Patiently, lovingly my Lord replied.
I pled and I wept for a clue to my fate;
And the Master so gently said, Child, you must wait.

Wait? You said wait? my indignant reply.
Lord, I need answers. I need to know why.
Is your hand shortened or have you not heard?
By faith I have asked, and I’m claiming Your Word.

My future and all to which I can relate
Hangs in the balance, and You tell me wait.
I’m needing a yes, a go-ahead sign,
Or even a no to which I can resign.

And Lord, You promised that if we believe
We need but to ask and we shall receive.
And Lord, I’ve been asking, and this is my cry,
I’m weary of asking, I need a reply.

Then quietly, softly, I learned of my fate
As my Master replied once again, You must wait.
So I slumped in my chair defeated and taught,
and grumbled to God, so I’m waiting for what?

to_fall_into_place

He seem then to kneel, and His eyes wept with mine,
And He tenderly said, I could give you a sign.
I could shake the heavens and darken the sun;
I could raise the dead, cause the mountains to run.

All you seek I could give, and pleased you would be.
You would have what you want, but you wouldn’t know Me.
You’d not know the depths of My love for each saint;
You’d not know the power that I give to the faint.

You’d not learn to see through the clouds of despair;
You’d not learn to trust just by knowing I’m there.
You’d not know the joy of resting in Me
When darkness and silence were all you could see.

You’d never experience that fullness of love
As the peace of My Spirit descends like a dove.
You’d know that I give and I save, for a start,
But you’d not know the depth of the beat of My heart,

The glow of My comfort late in the night,
The faith that I give when you walk without sight,
The depth that’s beyond getting just what you asked of an infinite God Who makes what you have last.

And you’d never know, should your pain quickly free,
What it means that My grace is sufficient for thee.
Yes, your dreams for that loved one overnight may come true,
But oh the loss if I lost what I’m doing in you.

So be silent, my child, and in time you will see
That the greatest of gifts is to get to know Me.
And though oft may My answers seem terribly late,
My most precious of all is still, Wait.

I Am a Caterpillar

147177903894501

One day, while sitting in the warm sunshine, I spotted a caterpillar making his journey from the grass to the concrete of the patio. I sat there and watched him for the longest time.

He seemed to be moving at a steady pace, when suddenly, he stumbled. His back end twisted and turned over, but his front end stayed in place.

Struggling to continue his journey, he managed to straighten out his back end. On he went toward his destination, when shortly after, he stumbled again. Continuing this routine, he finally made it across the patio. A dark shadow covered him as the sun went behind a cloud.

I did not watch him any longer, though he had not finished his journey. I did not know his destination, but he did. Suddenly I realized that his ultimate destination was to get to a place where he would transform into a beautiful butterfly.

I am like the caterpillar, traveling through this life, stumbling along the way and fighting the darkness of sin. Do I know my destination? The answer is yes, and alas, when I get there I will become that beautiful butterfly that God wants me to be!’

The Rainbow (poem)

*Bonus News at bottom to follow

the_rainbow

Contrary to candy bite-sized flavors and other organizations using the rainbow colors other commercial or perverse agendas, the ancient rainbow has a significantly more intense, richer and godly meaning. Below is one woman’s take on the natural colors and majesty of God’s created rainbow. – Moraldiplomat

Ref. Gen. 9:13-14

‘The rainbow is a reminder of God’s promise to us
He paints beautiful colors across the sky
To help us reflect on our Christian lives and not fuss
To show that He cares for us giving abundant life
Sometimes we see half of one, after the rain
But the other day God surprised me with a full bow

The happiness it caused is hard to contain
It filled me with more awe than the mountains or doe
I feel He displayed it just for me
To reassure me of His presence in my life

It was a surprise that I was ecstatic to see
It reminded me that I’m more than a mother and wife
I’m a child of God, relying on His direction

He wants to have total submission from me
And the more control that I give Him the more I’ve won
I’m working on leaning on Him completely and trusting Him fully

This magnificent rainbow filling the air
Was a wonderful welcome home from my vacation
It proved that God is in power with flair
And made me feel satisfaction in my dedication (to Him)’

I apologize for the lengthy list of news headlines- I’ve been busy with home matters and fell behind. Sometimes I like to post news headlines here because I believe they are topics that may be a blessing to you or at least inform you of topics that you might not hear about on the Criminal News Networks. I like most of the alternative news (anti-freedom or Christian oriented articles) as they have no really ulterior motives other than sending love and sounding the alarm when it appears our America is in dire straights. It’s for that reason and others as well, that I often post news headline among my Christians-based blogs (Mostly Friday’s); so scroll down and I bet you’ll find at least one link that grabs you. Let Them Go

let_them_go

Once upon a time there was a lonely young woman who was desperate for love.

One day while walking in a forest she found two hungry baby song birds. She brought them home and put them in a small cage. Oh how she showered them with love. So the birds began to grow and become strong. Every day thereafter when they saw her, they would sing wonderful songs to her. The young woman loved her newly found song birds so much; she wanted their singing to last forever.

Then, one day the young woman accidentally left the door to the cage open. The larger of the two birds flew out of the cage. The young girl watched with fear as the bird flew high above her head. She was so scared that her bird would fly away and would never see him again. In a panic, she tried to catch him as he flew near to her.

Finally after a while, she caught him in her hands. She held her little bird closely to her chest. Her heart sighed of relief as she stand there tightly holding on to her loving song bird. But all of a sudden she felt in her hands that the bird was not moving. She opened her hand and in horror saw that the bird was dead. She then realized that in her desperation to capture her bird, she had grasped him too tightly and killed him.

She looked around and noticed the other bird watching her from the edge of the cage. She knew then that he too needed to be free to fly high in the clouds above. So she gently grabbed the little bird from the cage and opening a window, released him into the air.

The young woman watched her little bird fly away and sensing the bird’s happiness she herself was satisfied and was no longer concerned with her loss. As she was turning to walk away from the window, the bird flew back through the window and landed softly on her shoulder singing a beautiful and loving song that she had not heard before.

Moral of the story:

If you love someone, let them go; if they are yours they will come back, if they don’t they were never yours to begin with.

Colors of Friendship

rainbow_1

Once upon a time the colors of the world started to quarrel.
All claimed that they were the best.
The most important.
The most useful.
The favorite.

Green said:
“Clearly I am the most important. I am the sign of life and of hope. I was chosen for grass, trees and leaves. Without me, all animals would die. Look over the countryside and you will see that I am in the majority.”

Blue interrupted:
“You only think about the earth, but consider the sky and the sea. It is the water that is the basis of life and drawn up by the clouds from the deep sea. The sky gives space and peace and serenity. Without my peace, you would all be nothing.”

Yellow chuckled:
“You are all too serious. I bring laughter, gaiety, and warmth into the world. The sun is yellow, the moon is yellow, the stars are yellow. Every time you look at a sunflower, the whole world starts to smile. Without me there would be no fun.”

Orange started next to blow her trumpet:
“I am the color of health and strength. I may be scarce, but I am precious for I serve the needs of human life. I carry the most important vitamins. Think of carrots, pumpkins, oranges, mangoes, and papayas. I don’t hang around all the time, but when I fill the sky at sunrise or sunset, my beauty is so striking that no one gives another thought to any of you.”

Red could stand it no longer he shouted out:
“I am the ruler of all of you. I am blood – life’s blood! I am the color of danger and of bravery. I am willing to fight for a cause. I bring fire into the blood. Without me, the earth would be as empty as the moon. I am the color of passion and of love, the red rose, the poinsettia and the poppy.”

Purple rose up to his full height:
He was very tall and spoke with great pomp: “I am the color of royalty and power. Kings, chiefs, and bishops have always chosen me for I am the sign of authority and wisdom. People do not question me! They listen and obey.”

Finally Indigo spoke, much more quietly than all the others, but with just as much determination: “Think of me. I am the color of silence. You hardly notice me, but without me you all become superficial. I represent thought and reflection, twilight and deep water. You need me for balance and contrast, for prayer and inner peace.”

And so the colors went on boasting, each convinced of his or her own superiority. Their quarreling became louder and louder. Suddenly there was a startling flash of bright lightening thunder rolled and boomed. Rain started to pour down relentlessly. The colors crouched down in fear, drawing close to one another for comfort.

In the midst of the clamor, rain began to speak:
“You foolish colors, fighting amongst yourselves, each trying to dominate the rest. Don’t you know that you were each made for a special purpose, unique and different? Join hands with one another and come to me.”

Doing as they were told, the colors united and joined hands.

The rain continued:

“From now on, when it rains, each of you will stretch across the sky in a great bow of color as a reminder that you can all live in peace. The Rainbow is a sign of hope for tomorrow.” And so, whenever a good rain washes the world, and a Rainbow appears in the sky, let us remember to appreciate one another.
